London, April 2006.
Tomas Nochteff was living in a big house and all his roomates were out. He decided to explore the attic and found a bag of tapes and a four track Fostex tape machine. He tested the machine and found, that three channels were working. His bass missed a string and he had 3 pedals with him while Easter was approaching. This coincidence of 3 days, 3 strings, 3 pedals and 3 channels inspired him. He decided to record an album on the three days of Easter. He prepared 3 of the tapes out of the bag and focused in the ancient Pagan roots of Easter and determined to push the limits of his bass. He locked himself in for the three days he completed this tape from scratch.
The next year he made a small edition of 9 tapes only for friends.
Now Noisekölln is re-releasing the tape in an exclusive edition of 33 Tapes. The digital edition will be available on Good Friday, just before easter. The Tape will ship out 21 days later.
Tomas Nochteff is one half of the band Mueran Humanos. This is his solo work.
